5Rhythms® with Christopher Boylan

Five Rhythms is taught by accredited teachers, all of whom have trained directly with Gabrielle Roth and faculty. Each teacher brings their own unique dance and their own unique experience to the practice. Dancing with a variety of teachers can enrich our dance. There is a list of other teachers and classes in the North of England on the links page. Gabrielle’s website lists members of the Five Rhythms Teachers Association in Britain and internationally.

The Waves map is the bedrock of 5 Rhythms, this is the field I have been trained to teach. Time dancing with me counts as Waves prerequisites for the Five Rhythms teacher training. Other areas of the practice include Heartbeat (the 5 Rhythms map of the emotions), Cycles (the map of the life-cycle and our relationships in it), Mirrors (working with the ego). The list of teachers on Gabrielle’s website specifies which fields each teacher is trained to offer.
